An excellent club with mens, ladies and a growing youth section, which all cater for all abilities. Training is 7-8pm for children on Thursday evenings from September through to early April. Mens and Ladies training is also on Thursday evenings (for 13 years upwards) It's a very welcoming club. New clubhouse shared with Pegasus & Old Palmerians Rugby Club means a good social aspect too.
