We had a great experience with Thurrock Blinds. We ordered five perfect fit Venetian blinds for our windows and doors a few weeks ago and they were fitted by Jimmy. Throughout the whole process, Jimmy acted very professionally and he kept us updated on the progress of our order from start to finish so that we knew when to expect what. One thing worth mentioning is Jimmy’s attentiveness to details. After the blinds were installed, he concluded that two of them were not perfect and went ahead to order their replacements without being prompted. He came back one week later to refit the replacement blinds. When they were up on our windows, he was still not happy with one of them so he ordered another replacement blind which he refitted for us two days before this review. We are very pleased with our new blinds and would definitely recommend Jimmy to family and friends.
