    Booked an appointment on the wrong date for me face to face, then proceeded to want to charge me for missing it, and cancelled all future appointments. Extremely extremely unprofessional and downright rude service, when unfortunately there's an impossibility of me getting dates wrong for once. Not only did I write things down, but was scheduled to be out of the country and even told them. Now I am not worthy of their future attention as it stands, and all appointments have been cancelled? Big shame as the doctor does know what he's doing, just needs more competent staff.

    Just wanted to say a huge thank you to zishaan for the amazing hygiene clean my teeth have never looked this good and I’ve had hygiene cleans else where and it has never been as excellent as todays. Great experience and lovely and welcoming staff, I was greeted by Saba who is an amazing person, so friendly and warm, thank you zishaan and saba for making todays experience lovely. Dr. Raza is a true expert in his field and I really appreciated his complex holistic approach and honesty. Caroline and Saba are both very kind and helpful.     Was recently seen by Dr Raza for an extraction of a molar that was causing a lot of pain, my regular Dentist would not carry out the extraction due to my age and medication but Dr Raza treated the infection then handled the extraction. He was was very delicate and explained the process throughout the procedure and a few days later I was relieved to have the pain gone and be able to eat on both sides of my mouth again. I’d highly recommend Dr Raza.
