Very poor service after spending £1800. I had my website developed by Thunderbolt after receiving a sales focused presentation by the owner which sounded great, however this did not follow through to the design element of the site, I incurred problem after problem with the layout of the website, simple things had not been checked of which I had to pick up my self and inform Thunderbolt (im not a web developer). The response i had were, "we will have to charge you if you require us to amend and fix the site." To me this felt as though they had not interest in my business, as I hadnt spend as much as their big clients. I had then decided to switch my hosting over to my previous developer, who had noticed errors on my website that should of been resolved. Thunderbolt need to train their staff on customer relationship, consistancy and attention to detail.
