Hate when companies automatically opt you into a subscription, using sneaky UX/UI. The first test kit is at a discount, the second test kit is super expensive. They send the second test kit and charge you for it IMMEDIATELY, before any of the tests are actually done. The expense should cover the test, not the cheap plastic used t transport your samples, so I'm not sure why they charge when they send you the test kit. They also make it IMPOSSIBLE to figure out how to return a test kit that was sent automatically. You can comb the website everywhere, and it doesnt give you an option. Its obvious the whole experience is designed in a way to trick you into sending test kits you dont want, charge you before you have a chance to stop it, and dont give you any way to figure out how to get a refund. There is ZERO customer support, NO way of contacting anyone at Thriva. These kinds of practices are TOTALLY UNETHICAL and should not be allowed by consumers. There are plenty of other personalized health testing platforms out there, I recommend to do your research and find another one.

Im a new customer, Some of of my results came back blank as they said my blood was damaged. I highly doubt that as I I followed the instructions very carefully and accurately. These were key results that I needed and so you would think they would kindly send out a re-test but instead seem to be refusing and have kept my money. It now seems they expect me to pay for another test when the lab likely mis-handled the sample. If I wasn't a new customer id possibly get this but as this is my 1st test and i've signed up to a subscription id hoped they would handle this better. They have offered me £17 towards paying for another test. it just feels like a con at the moment.

I started using this product at the end of 2021, as I became increasingly interested in my health. I really like the Thriva service! The test comes in a nice and well-designed box. It comes with clear and illustrative instructions, and you can also use their mobile app and watch video tutorials on how best to take a blood sample. I've done the test 3 times already, and the results came very quickly all the time, within 2 days. I like the fact that I get a personalized answer and recommendations from a qualified doctor and you can see all the results on graphs, track the historical trend of a particular substance in the blood. I also bought their vitamin D supplement on their recommendation during the winter period, and my results improved a lot. All in all, I recommend it to anyone who is interested in their health and wants concrete, practical support from the comfort of their own home.

Very good customer service , quick to help and informative and knowledgeable if you do your test wrong or have an issues they help right away the tests are great easy instructions, great aftercare service from good explaining the results and what to do to improve certain markers have used for a few years now and no regrets also you can pause or skip months if you can’t afford the tests and pick up when you can excellent service all round found out I had Graves’ disease from this test that my doctors didn’t pick up on with my bloods at the god and I soon recieved treatment and further testing after showing my go the results from thriva

AVOID THRIVA at all costs !!!! Delayed my results for weeks . After I had to chase them , I was informed their machine was broken . A week later their machine was still had not been fixed . When I raised concerns regarding viability of the sample, they tried to fob me off by saying it would be fine . It was only after I challenged them with screenshots of information that samples should NOT be older than a week , that they had no choice but to agree to a refund . Even refund was not full as they deducted money for the kit . Avoid , avoid , avoid this company
