I am a bit late. But 4 weeks ago Thrifty in Yeovil assisted me too hire a Van. We were moving but a horrible moving company left 1/4 of our belongings and my hedgehogs rescue equipment at previous home. I needed too hire a Van. I called them and Ryan and all his coworkers were absolutely fantastic. The Van was clean and well looked after and driving it was a dream. They were so professional and customer service deserves 10 stars. I have hired from other agencies and what a stressful experience. Not at Thrifty. Not only are the prices affordable but they all are friendly and do their best too help. Will never hire from someone else in the future. Thank you so much all of you at Yeovil Thrifty. Brilliant service from start to finish. Mark the manager went the extra mile even picking me up from the repair center, when the drivers where stuck somewhere else so I wouldn't be left waiting. Would recommend 100% felt well looked after from start to finish. Thank you!

BE CAREFUL WITH THIS BRANCH Had a bmw on hire with an insurance company and was in perfect condition when I left the vehicle. Then had a phone call 1 hour later saying there was damaged caused and now been charge £50 excess. WHO CAUSED THE DAMAGE?? vehicle was moved onto neighbours drive for inspection. This should have been done before being moved. Make sure you are present on collection.

Yeovil branch: The attitude was incredible. Went in not fussy and flexible for any car over Christmas. The gentleman could not have been more dismissive. I asked if the manager could speak to me and heard her start her rant from the back office. Marched to the from to berate me for daring to consider complaining.
