    Once again a Five Star Service! This Branch is Fantastic! I always Rent SUV 4X4 Size vehicles and as per usual I received superb service again this time.     Doesn’t even deserve one star....!!! This is my review on Thrifty Tower Bridge Branch , not Thrifty as a whole. I was unhappy with the way Thrifty delivered the car to me so I refused to accept the car. First they came with a car that had a damaged tyre. Front passenger side tyre’s side wall was damaged and the cord was exposed. Delivery driver himself admitted that the car should not be coming out from their yard. Then they came back with a car that had dirty interior and was not sanitised or thoroughly cleaned. So I refused to accept the delivery and wrote my concerns to our arval fleet team and also to thrifty Tower bridge branch. I also found that the branch staff and the delivery driver were very unprofessional and discourteous..!!! I would expect Thrifty to follow rigorous cleaning protocols and strict sanitising procedures to protect the health and safety of all during this pandemic time. See attached pictures.
