DO NOT USE!!! Never had such bad customer service. Was meant to pick up a car on Friday - took the afternoon off work. Rung up at lunch time and they knew nothing about the car been delivered from Leeds. Waited around all afternoon for the car to be delivered it finally arrived at 5:15. To then have the manager say they have been locked out and can’t take the payment today!!! Was then told we could pick the car up Monday instead so we agreed to this to then receive an E-MAIL to say the contract has been terminated. Not even a phone call! The reason being concerns over third party involvement? After passing all checks and insurance been confirmed for just me and my mum. Tried ringing Thrifty Hull countless times to speak to Debbie the manager and all we’ve had all day is Debbie is busy or Debbie has now gone home - disgusting! Now waiting for a £900 deposit we paid to be refunded which we was told would be in my account in a couple of hours now it’s changed to 5 working days!! AVOID AVOID AVOID
