POOR Customer Service. Brought the car to my location, which is not as per the booking specification. A fake commitment, to bring the replacement car as per the booking reservation but that didn't workout by them and no communication to customer in case of no delivery.

Ok. Let's see...... The courtesy car was from Beckton branch.....the worse experience, they stopped the petrol money even if I filled up the tank more than was.....also, tried to steal 251£ , luckily I saw the transaction and called my bank.....next day, when I called them, they tried a strange explanation - sorry , it's a mistake..... I don't like this kind of mistakes, and I will not use Thrifty NEVER, and this is because some smart people are doing dodgy things.
