Poor service First of all staff are pretty unfriendly and don’t deliver customer service. They demanded lots of paperwork however I only have paperless bills so that first of all caused an issue and their attitude was cold and not engaging nearing on rude Took the car back and they found two tiny scratches on the wheel and charged 170 pounds Team member was rude and zero customer service skills Have rented many cars before but never experienced service like thrifty Avoid at all costs
