Gavin was very nice to deal with and was helpful when you could get hold of him, but numerous no-shows for arranged appointments, a system that was half installed, no back-up support for software that had crashed and a job half-finished not fit for use. Have since had to pay another company to come in to finish the job and put right various aspects of the work Threshold carried out. This was for a charity as well!

This happened two more times, even following a conversation with Gavin assuring us this would not happen again. We have since gone elsewhere & wouldn't recommend this company at all
