He was able to tutor all 3 of my son's A levels, which he found incredibly helpful as he entered the final phase of revision. I am more than proud to write a reference for Dhananjay Talwar. Dhananjay has been working with our son in Year 5 over the past four months. He has been extremely professional and reliable from the start, assessing our son's individual needs, working towards the goal of the eleven plus assessment and providing us with confidence that over a set period, our son would be comfortable in achieving the best of his ability. As a result of the initial testing, Dhananjay expertly put together an appropriate timetable for each individual session, with areas to focus upon for each weekly meet. This included a wide range of activities, of which Dhananjay thoroughly discussed, making the additional work at home easier for our son to complete. Dhananjay's knowledge of the private schools in North London was clear and I could instantly tell that his aptitude in this area was second to none. Having heard the way Dhananjay relayed his lessons to our son, it was very clear from the first meeting that they had established a rapport. Our son very much enjoys the tutoring that Dhananjay provides and as a teacher in a high achieving private school, I felt instantly pleased that he knew an extensive variety of the syllabi from a range of the top London schools. Dhananjay clearly has high expectations and this comes across in a very calm and positive approach to his lessons. His lessons are delivered with confidence and intellect, providing real encouragement to obtain the best out of our son. When we spoke after a couple of months of tuition, I was very impressed with Dhananjay's knowledge of our son's capabilities at this stage and we worked together to continue the plan for his learning from this point moving forwards. Thanks to Dhananjay's wide experience of tutoring and his expertise in understanding the variety of exams and interview techniques throughout the North London school processes, we were able to adjust the plan and assess where we felt the direction was to where our son might be best suited. Dhananjay was able to guide us through the process and provide us with confidence with a plan over the next six months. We would highly recommend Dhananjay as a highly skilled tutor. In our son's words, he is clever, funny and makes the work enjoyable.
