I bought a pair of ski trousers almost 12 months ago. Unfortunately the seams started to fall apart after only 8 days of wear on a ski holiday. I contacted the shop as I didn’t have the receipt. They were really helpful and gave a full refund without any questions. I have already bought replacement trousers from them and would certainly recommend as a shop with great customer service.

I bought a pair of snowboard boots from here last year, service then was good. Just back from my second trip with them and unfortunately the boots have had a couple of manufacturers issues (sole coming off and lacing system falling apart) purchase made 12 months and 10 days ago. Contacted threezero, no quibbles at all, refund made within 24 hrs and they’ve just asked that I drop the faulty boots back at my leisure. Would absolutely buy from them again in the future with service like that, shame they haven’t got my size in stock now!

Went to get my girlfriends boots sorted as they were giving her pain and heel lift. The guys were extremely helpful and sorted it out within 30 mins and the service was very cheap! Could not recommend these guys more !

Excellent range of ski kit, and really friendly and knowledgeable staff who have plenty of time to help you make the right choice. We spent about an hour looking at ski helmets and goggles, and the guys couldn't have been more helpful. There's plenty of parking and it's just off the A30 in central Cornwall so pretty convenient and easy to get to.
