Having not been with Three Villages Practice l was quite embarrassed having the need to see a GP shouldn't have worried l saw Doctor Appul who l.found so calming he then went on to pick something up and almost immediately an investigation was put in place l was so impressed .. thank you Doctor Appul . Registered as a new patient around November. I’ve struggled a lot with my health recently and they’ve been amazing! Reception are lovely and very patient I can’t imagine the abuse they receive! The clinicians I have seen have also been lovely too! Very lucky to have such an amazing Gp surgery

I am so impressed with the efficency and professionalism of this Practice. I submitted a query with my medication at 5pm after returning from work, not expecting to hear back till at least the following day. I was really worried about the problem and received a reply from Dr Uppal at 9pm which really put my mind at rest and made me feel like someone was listening. The message also offered a review to see if things had settled down in few weeks which made me feel looked after. I cannot thank Dr Uppal enough for his prompt attention, I felt that someone actually listened and took action for me when I felt vulnerable. Thank you so much to Dr Uppal and the whole Practice for being so efficient and caring in very difficult times.
