We needed somewhere for my father-in-law to stay while his daughter went on holiday. We rang Three Oaks and without needing an appointment, took dad straight there and he chose the room he preferred. He then went there a few days later. He wasn't too sure at first, as had dementia, but thanks to the staff he gradually relaxed and joined in with the other residents attictivities.....Unfortunately he had cancer and he went down very quickly. The staff were marvellous, sat with him, encouraged him to eat when we couldn't be there. We as a family can't recommended the home highly enough.
