Great experience from beginning to end. I took a number of quotes and the customer service by Three Counties was great. Fitting accommodated my time schedules even brought it in earlier to work around my plans. Fitter was no nonsence, fast and very tidy. Great patio door zero fuss. Only thing I would ask is to try and use same key for both locks but I didn't think of that ahead of time.

Had front door fitted in 2016 had a couple of call backs for door issues and when door dropped in 2023 etc ie draught etc sent email to company . Even though 10 year Gaurente . But apparently it's on a sliding scale they wanted to charge a sum of £128 service charge?then a charge if parts etc needed, surely what a cop out just to adjust a hinge !! So not impressed with this company. Just be careful when they say 10 gaurentee

Recently had three new windows and beautiful new bifold doors installed. Right from our initial enquiry 3 counties were professional, friendly and helpful. The sales team, install team and delivery team on the day were excellent! Would not hesitate to recommend them and will use them again for our future needs. Had front door replaced by Three Counties recently. Highly Recommended local trade, been informed during the entire process from quote to order to install, the work was carried out by Ron and Liam who knows exactly what they doing, arrived on time and finished the work in a timely manner and even tidy up behind them. Will definitely use again!

Highly recommend Three Counties. We had replacement front door with a Composite Door fitted, and a replacement back door. From out initial inquiry, to installation, The 3 counties team were always on time and kept in contact with us. The fitters were excellent, Installation was perfect, . No rubbish left and cleaned up . Would highly recommend Three Counties.

Impressive customer service from three counties from the admin team to the fitters. Very happy with our new French doors and window repair. The communication was spot on, timing impeccable and workmanship/respect for our home and ourselves was fantastic. We were able to get a quote, measure up, and do the fitting all within a month, much quicker than we thought. We were told that help would be provided should any aftercare be needed too which is reassuring given it was a big purchase for us. Won’t hesitate to trust them with the rest of our windows in the future. They also offer the relevant documentation without a struggle - like we’ve had in the past to get it from others… We had a window replaced with another company last year in our old home with a horrible and upsetting experience but Three Counties were a breath of fresh air. Needless to say - complete relief and everything we wanted the last company to be. So nice to have a ‘thank goodness we chose them’ feeling instead the opposite. As reference to any low reviews which we didn’t even see prior to booking - don’t understand whatsoever. We have pretty high standards. Their price wasn’t the lowest but it was fair and the product is good quality. Suspect some rivals are trying to do them an injustice seeing as many comments have very little substance … or decent grammar. Thanks Three Counties, great old fashioned good customer service and quality job.
