I am very disappointed with Three's internet speed services. They claim to offer 5G coverage, but I can barely get 3G in most places. The speed is so slow that it takes forever to load a simple webpage or send a message. I have contacted their customer service several times, but they are always unhelpful and rude. They keep blaming my device or the network congestion, but never admit their own fault. They also charge me a lot of hidden fees and refuse to let me cancel my contract. They are the worst internet provider I have ever used. Do not waste your money and time on them. Stay away from Three! The government should take action against Three for providing such pathetic services and shut down this company.

I am very unhappy we don’t have signal for two weeks and I went there to see what is going on and the staff there were very anti professionals, they didn’t even explain to me what is going on

The manager there is like plant. The only knows to say is "call them". I'm 2 weeks without signal in my area and I pay £72 per month. ridiculous!!!! Never again this company!!!!!
