I had an incredibly frustrating experience with Three. Not only did they botch my broadband delivery address, but they also refused to take responsibility and forced me to sort it out myself by calling customer care. When I reached out for help, the customer care representative played the blame game and instructed me to visit the local office. I ended up visiting the office multiple times to resolve the issue, but the problem persisted despite my efforts. To make matters worse, they inconvenienced me further by asking me to come back on a different day, citing that the shop was closing in 1.5 hours. The staff was also incredibly impolite, making this a terrible experience overall. I suggest visiting any other outlet or booking online instead of visiting this place.
