Slowest service ever. Be prepared to wait 2 hours for something that should take 15 minutes. Once again online employees say completely different things than in store. No one acknowledges you when you walk in, even though I came back 30 minutes later with a document after sitting for an hour and waiting for them to do something that they said would take 10 mins.

Pathetic service and arrogant behaviour of the staff especially if you are looking for cancellation. I had bought a 5G hub although their system showed that 5G services were not offered at my post code. Still, the lady assured me that I could check and if not happy I could call up customer service and return the device. Note :- There was no receipt provided to me. And as it turned out, the device was giving me hardly 8 to 10 MBPS of speed. So, I called up Customer service and they advised me to return only in store as it was bought from there. Next day, I go to store and I am arrogantly asked to produce some receipt which they claim to have provided and I was shell shocked. They rudely declined the return request although I had entire contract in email. They refused to accept that contract. I had to call up customer service again and force these people to accept a return. And mind it, even after cancelling it, there is no guarantee that these people register that cancellation in the system as it has to be done manually. They are there to doom you and nothing else. Beware. Plus there is no accontability as well. I cancelled my contract yesterday, but no email notification received about cancellation, direct debit is still set up, no progress on it. When I call Customer care, they direct me to store and arrogant store lady - Ayan says she has already done it and has no clue about when backend team will complete it so asks me to get in touch with customer care again. I am fed up of three, and their network coverage is the worst. Edit :- These people are biggest scamsters around, it has been more than two weeks and in spite of returning all 5 G hubs, three is sending me bill overdue messages, never ever go to Liverpool street shop

Useless. They offered me the only "deal" that was 40% more expensive than what the Online Support team offered me and 24 months instead of 12. Kudos to the guy clerk. Just do the stuff offline, save yourself the useless visit. Do not trust these people, go online do your research; far better deals that what you will get here. These people are not even explaining the new fee of 2£ a day for roaming in EU!
