Dropped off a jacket as it was needing a new zip. Took my details and said they’d get in touch if they couldn’t find one that would fit to replace the broken one. Due to personal problems and losing the ticket it was left with the menders for around a couple of months. Got it back to find it hadn’t been mended and I hadn’t been informed the zip wasn’t fixed. I really didn’t appreciate the lack of communication since they had taken details of my phone number this made the whole thing look really unprofessional.
