Jo, produced a fantastic embroidery design of my logo. The service was exceptional, turnaround was quick and the finished article was just what I wanted. Jo explained how the colour of the logo would be once completed, showed me the test print before progressing and delivered when she said she would. Highly recommend Thread by Thread.

I ordered 5 tops with a business logo on. The logo was all fine. But the quality of the tops where rubbish! Not even a week old and they was falling apart, gone Bobby all the threading had come undone. I contacted jo who told me that she had never had a bad review about these tops as there the best selling ones. I was told the only thing that could be done was for them to be sent of for testing.
