Charlotte Butcher and Frances Watts acted on my behalf for the sale of some land. The matter was not totally straightforward because I had complications with the grant of probate, which was being dealt with by a different solicitor company,, but Charlotte and Frances made a fabulous job of liasing with the other company, keeping me updated every step of the way. All the issues thrown my way were dealt with in a prompt, professional and friendly manner, and everything has now been successfully resolved. I would also like to praise reception, who always offer a warm and welcoming greeting, both in person and over the phone. I will continue to use THP in the future. THP have provided an invaluable service in helping a group of leasehold flat owners in Maidenhead, Berkshire through a block lease extension process on ‘statutory’ terms. Cutting through a tangle of red tape over an extended period (all the more so due to the charitable status of the superior landlord) completion for our flat’s extended lease (+90 years) took place last week. THP were great also in pressing for a reduction in our landlords costs - a spectacular saving which more than covered their own invoice! Cannot recommend them highly enough!
