    1 star is too generous. Visited the surgery multiple times with diabetes symptoms (unbeknownst to me at the time) which was never picked up on, Dr Nene failed to pick up on a DKA I was having in his office and also misdiagnosed swine flu with Tonsillitis. I have a history of mental health issues and when I went to Dr Nene about suicidal thoughts, he took a 5 min phone call DURING my appt from one of his tenants then gave me a list of sad words and told me to make them “happy words”, he also told me he does not bother with most of his patients with mental health issues as he could “tell” they were hopeless. I also felt like young people were absolutely not prioritised, I was made to feel like a second class citizen trying to get an appointment because chronic pain was so bad I couldn’t eat or sleep, receptionist said they had no appts for a month then after crying and pleading they gave me appt with Dr Ranasinghe the same day, I came with a list of what was happening to me and how bad the pain was, he refused to help me and said he would not help with the pain but to see my diabetic nurse who can’t prescribe anything for me anyway(?). He made me feel very small and was so incredibly patronising. I find the male doctors here are extremely dismissive to women and any pain/suffering they are in (after talking to other female patients) and they even put my diabetes symptom of drinking litres and litres of water a day down to hormones?!. Changing surgeries was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made, the only credits to your team are Dr Carlisle and Emma Smith if they still work for the surgery.

    I phoned the practice and was number 7 in the queue it took over an hour to get to speak to the receptionist which is unacceptable and its not the first time, they really need more than one person answering the phone especially in the morning

    Haven't been able to make an appointment in 3 years and just gone without. Absolutely dreadful place that are not willing to help, my partner had a horrible experience and was left in tears. We have now changed and we wish we done it sooner. This place needs closing down

    The doctor I had gave a shocking service I went to the doctors to talk about an on going issue I’ve been un comfortable to talk about before to finally get it resolved. I waited patiently over and hour to be seen after waiting weeks for an appointment. The doctor much talked over me, told me to come back for a blood test which is complete irrelevant to the issue, an when I bought up my concerns he just brushed over them. It was last appointment of the day so guess he was in a rush to get home. Was in the room no longer than 4 minutes I left there feeling uncomfortable, let down and I cannot go back again.

    If there was zero star rating, you'd be getting that. Lies to the dwp about hospital diagnosis. Talks to patients like dogs, complain about the patients being on opiates, takes patient off only non opioid painkillers and tries to double up on the opiods they've just moaned at you for taking. Appalling receptionists completely out of touch with reality. You can pick up your prescription on the 24th December from your pharmacy when said pharmacy has delivered 3/4 of your prescription on the 23rd because they are closed on the 24th and the 26th like any normal pharmacy, receptionists who have schizophrenia just like you and how much better they are now. Doctors calling a day after arranged appointments and refusing to discuss your health because you haven't got an appointment. What's the actual point of calling the following day with no apologies and no discussion about serious health problems. Your surgery and it's staff are bloody liars and need to be taught a lesson in hospitality.

    I received a voicemail call from the reception staff from a very nice lady asking me to make urgent contact.....I called approximately 30 times to enquire what the urgency was about and managed to get through on the phone 3 days later.....the lady I spoke to was a different lady and was rude and came across that she didn't want to be dealing with my call......she constantly spoke over me when I was attempting to give her the information she required.
