Room clean, aircon might as well give up the ghost as room is stifling warm. Set it to 18 degrees and full fan, nothing. Had to get them out to look at it as no manual/instructions. No remote for the TV, for someone staying by themselves, great. Boredom incarnate. This took 2 visits to solve and even then they took the remote to the wrong room after repeatedly giving them my room number. The people staying in cabins 250 and 251 seemed to be shouting, screaming and swearing around 10pm to 11pm, jumping around outside there cabins with the cabins feeling like they are going to collapse. I don't have a problem with them enjoying themselves, I do have a problem with the fact the noise echoes and sounds louder in my cabin due to no soundproofing. To sum up, 1st and last time staying.

Small but cozy and clean. Noteworthy details: We purchased the short break tickets which stated 10% off all food, drink and retail but when we purchased a drink at the bar we were told we weren't able to get the 10% off as the food and drinks side of things is no longer owned by Thorpe Park.

Overall, it was a great compact, clean cabin. Double bed and 2 bunk beds, shower room, and tv at the end of the bed. Mood lighting and a view of the lake. Fully recommended to families and couples. Rooms: Compact and very clean. Kettle and tv along with a shower room.

Dirty rooms. Tiny rooms, toilet doesn't flush properly. Wi-fi doesn't work. Hotel staff wasn't nice, they didn't knew what they were doing. Way too expensive for the room and the service you are getting. Rooms: Disgusting and tiny

Recently stayed over night at one of the shark cabins. Was a great location within a few minutes walk of the main area of the park. The staff at the reception were lovely and happy to help with any questions we had. Room itself was very clean, basic facilities provided including tea and coffee making facilities, WiFi and TV. The was quite small, it was fine for 2 adults sharing (if a bit warm through the night) but may be a bit cramped for 4 people if spending any length of time actually in the room and not in the park itself. Our only real issue with the room is you do hear a lot of what's going on outside and in the rooms next to you, but wasn't a major thing. We opted to not book the on site vibes restaurant for the evening buffet as it seemed a bit overpriced for what it was, but instead visited the 'Thorpe Perk Express' - a small snack bar within the hotel courtyard, serving freshly baked Pizzas and hotdogs. Our pizza was reasonably priced and very tasty. We had the complimentary breakfast buffet at vibes which was a good offering - both hot and cold options with drinks (tea/coffee and juice) included. The staff in vibes were all very friendly - in particular Brian who helped us with the toaster!

Great location for Thorpe park, right next to the lake. The room came with all day fast track which saves loads over buying it separately, but is only available on certain dates. Evening buffet in the restaurant was a little pricey at 22.50 but there's plenty of good pubs near by as an alternative.
