We decided we needed new windows - what a drama ! We paid two deposits only to have the reputable firms increase the price significantly or just pull out because our windows were a bit of a challenge. Thorntons came, quoted understood the challenging windows that were first installed in 1840 ! Not all of our 25 windows were anything like simple but after a complex assessment we were reassured by the confident approach. Communication was excellent a date at our convenience was fixed. 4 professional punctual polite guys worked tirelessly for 14 working days. They left the job clean and tidy everyday and understood the disruption in the house they were causing. We cannot fault any of their work. The results are amazing and have more than met our expectations. These guys really go above and beyond and we can’t recommend them highly enough ….. real professionals not like the several bluff and bluster waste of time so called “big guys” we encountered Thanks again guys Kim & Ian Hunter
