Tim is always incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. I recently returned again after positive previous visits (battery fitted, new straps - immediate service at a really competitive price) to get a watch fixed. Whilst that repair couldn't be sorted in-store, the watch was promptly sent off to be fixed. Highly recommend.

I called into Thorntons jewellers last Friday to buy a St. Christopher for a young Ukrainian man who was returning to his homeland to join up and defend his Country. The amazing man in the shop listened to what I was saying and then gifted me the necklace for the young man!!!! To say I was dumbstruck is an understatement, the young man sends his thanks and his gratitude for what you did. I don't often buy jewellery but when I do, it will be from you.
