Showers in women's pool changing area not working in over 2 weeks and I'm assuming in men's too as everyone men and women standing around dripping wet risking pneumonia queuing for the one and only single cubicle shower in the open area that does work, not fair on anyone. We all pay membership and the prices have gone up and they charge us extra for lockers aswell. Unacceptable. Please don't reply with a mansplanation as to why they've not been fixed, just use that valuable time instead to call a plumber, Jesus.

Signed up to the gym in March 2023, as I've been suffering with chronic depression, coming here and meeting new friends who have the same interests as me, has been life safing, to say the least. The staff and the instructors are very pleasant to talk to and are helpful, whatever you need to ask them they will go out of their way to make you feel part of the gym community and answer your queries. I'm so pleased that I joined 👍🏼

Very poor service. I called to check the availability of the swimming pool for swim for all at Thornton Heath and was told that a session was available for me and my elderly mother that afternoon. I travelled some distance to get there to be told by an unhelpful and haughty young man that we would not be admitted as they only had lanes. He suggested I book on line for today, Friday. I made the booking this morning and then received notification, a few hours before the session that they had canceled and refunded me as there had been a 'change of schedule". I suspect that the staff in Thornton Heath run this venue for themselves and don't want to be put out in anyway by what they see as trivialities of the paying public. I used to use this gym some years ago and hoped it had changed, but from the attitude of its staff and the casual dismissiveness in their customer care, I guess it's very much bad business as usual!
