Great place, friendly staff. Well maintained bus garage which has been open for decades has a highly efficient system of bus services and very professionalised personnel who work hard to maintain the bus services of the London area. Great quality service and dedication go onto this to run one of the most popular and trademark transport services in London city and the UK by name of TFL, Transport for London and is owned by Aviva London. Buses are always on time and fares are easier to pay with a contactless system. The buses are well maintained and cleaned regularly and mechanically sound and run environmentally friendly. This service is essential for this area as it has a lot of shopping places to go to for a lot of potential customers or like-mindedness. thanks for all the hard work and time spent on providing quality and efficient transportation service which is famous worldwide. I knew a few people who worked there and are now retired, most say they were very happy with working here, there would hardly be any issues with the management and if there were they would be resolved quickly and in the correct manner also following guidelines and ethics to resolve any issues or complaints. As part of the tram replacement program in 1950, Thornton Heath Tram Service embarked on the closure to become a Thornton Heath Bus garage with the former employees moved to Purley Depot.

Journey 08.06.2022 between 8.30 am and 9 am. Second day in a row bus journey for 109 being terminated 2/ 3 stops before normal. When I asked why......, I was told to "stop moaning " ...but it was a question, and as a fare paying passenger I am entitled to ask. I was then advised by two unhelpful drivers " it is their break time " they added if I started walking rather than complaining I could make it to where i was going. I was late to work ...and yes people are entitled to breaks but you run a service and there is a schedule....that people pay for. Your staff need training. This is not how you speak to people I work for a local authority and represent my organisation, so if I'm rude, it eflects badly on my organisation....you ought to remind your disrespectful staff
