Unfriendly guy the owner im not sure?, not child friendly at all , my granddaughter told him a dog had growled at her he got quite annoyed and dismissed it, I found him strange and not friendly at all , apparently they have loads of kids there and the dog has never growled , I've nothing to base this on but she was hysterical crying which is unlike her, I just found the guy,, Steve?? I think his name was rather unpleasant . My granddaughter also found a toy horse, she took it him, he was so disconnected???? Say uh yeah it's?? Very wierd way to speak with paying guests . Not what I would expect honest, strange experience!
