Awful…….bought the Shoreditch sofa which was faulty on two counts, sent some guys to repair even though I wasn’t happy with a repair. Jumping, drilling, knocking and still the sofa wouldn’t join together it was to far apart so not square. Then the cushion had a noticeable dint and the black lining was visible from underneath. Replacement sent several weeks later, however on delivery the guys had been sent to try yet another repair!!!! Communication was appalling not answering the telephone and emails, even implying we hadn’t rang. No offer of any goodwill gesture either!!! Replied to my comment on trustpilot saying we were kept informed which wasn’t the case!!! I have all the emails we sent and all the phone calls we made as proof. They have admitted that the service and communication was poor!!

is very bad service and waste of time I ordered my beds in December, 2022 I have received my order in March ,2023 with one wrong bed tried to order twice they didn’t order and they make new story every day totally Rubbish company and customer service and supplier zero. I have very bad experience with them even they didn’t refund my money yet when I tried ring them they didn’t pick up my phone

Had a very experienced with AMC Furniture Oldham. Me and my went in liked the sofa and paid in cash and they promised the delivery within 2 to 5 working days. Whenever we ring in for order updates someone will ring in couple of hours but no one rings. After 4 weeks of waiting we have decided to cancel the order. Thanks got we got our money back. I won’t recommend anyone.

Customer service was terrible, waited 10 weeks for an item when it should have been 3 - 4 weeks. No one bothered to tell me this , I had to keep ringing and was promised call backs, however that didn't happen. They did knock some money off and the product is very good as were the delivery drivers, that's the only reason I gave 3 stars. Will not be ordering from these again due to the poor customer service.
