Very disappointed in this company. They were nice at first until we paid the deposit fee, then after that it was extremely hard to contact them. I wasn’t informed that the holding fee was non-refundable until after paying it. Please be aware of this. Also, there was a bunch of information left out once we paid the holding fee when it came to the standards of what the landlord needed, which caught me by surprised because I was not informed before paying for the fees. It would’ve been great to know before paying a holding fee that is non refundable. Which resulted to me not going through with the letting because of lack of communication. Now, I have paid for nothing and feel cheated from.
