Update 2021: Seb is wonderful. I've had my piano for a few years and he is so easy to work with on the regular tunings and maintenance. I've had the silent system adjusted a few times and Seb is alway patient and responsive. I'd give more than five stars if possible. Original 2018: Sebastian is fantastic. I'm loving my 122. It has a beautiful rich sound and Seb was extremely helpful when I was shopping and through the sales process. My 122 has the silent system, which had a few gremlins, and Seb was very patient, responsive and stayed on top of the issues until they were resolved. I fully recommend Seb as an honest, decent and helpful person to work with.
