At first they were responsive and engaging and have carried out 'part' of work. For some unexplained reason they are now totally unresponsive and the work remains INCOMPLETE! I looked for recent reviews to see if they had gone-out-business having left several voice-mails. In total I have called them 16 times, emailed them 25 times, sent them two letters the last being on 8-Apr-22 was a letter of compliant, which has gone unanswered. See photo of unfinished work missing skirting-board. I have waited until now to post a review, hoping they would get back to me. I have received no explanation from Thornhill for their recent behaviour so would NOT recommend. I too are down £200 for a quote on another a property I NEVER received. Service: Water damage-related mold removal

Due to good reviews I chose this company for a damp survey with the expectation I would get them to do the work. The survey was carried out but six weeks later I have had no report and have phoned every week with no response from Thornhill. You can only get through to a voicemail. So now I am £200 out of pocket with no report and a delay in getting the work I need done. Would never use this company again.

I got a couple of quotes for damp proofing work that needed doing, and chose Thornhill even though Liam's quote was the higher of the two, and I'm glad I did. Liam did a thorough and professional job, and in fact, went above and beyond what we'd contracted for. He was detail-oriented, knowledgeable, and skilled, and he did a fabulous job. He was true to his word and always pleasant to deal with. I couldn't recommend him more highly.
