Very nice country park for walks, cafe is nice and reasonably priced, would probably visit more often if the car parking prices we cheaper, I think that £ 2.50 for one hour is expensive, two hours is £ 3.80, and if you want to explore and enjoy your walk you need to have two hours, I think that it would be more popular if the parking prices were more reasonable. Lovely wooded Park for families and dog walkers. There is a coffee shop there inside the visitors centre with toilets and disabled toilets in a separate building around the back. On wet days wear wellie boots if possible as can be muddy in parts. There is a nice picnic area one for if you have dogs which has dog hooks so you can clip your dog to and another area around the side of the visitors centre. You can also eat and drink inside but only assistance dogs are aloud which is totally understandable. Disabled parking is not free all parking is charged today it was £2.50 for one hour then £3.80 for two hours. Pretty expensive for a woodlands park when many like Langdon hills Westley Heights don't charge at all. They have toilets on site also.

Great stop on long journeys reasonable parking, beautiful scenery and great picnic area and plenty of toilets! The gruffalo trail was a big hit with my 4 year old, quiet unspoiled and peaceful!

Restrooms: There are toilets at the countryside centre. Dog-friendliness: Dogs should always be kept on a lead to avoid disturbing the wildlife.
