i can find no complaint whatsoever. All staff from the wonderful catering staff, extremely attentive nurses, the charming and lovely aneasthetist and all theatre staff, the very informative pharmacist, to Mr Sinha the surgeon, also his lovely secretary were faultless in their care of me. At all times, whilst under your care, from start to finish, I've felt I was in the best of hands.

Kirsty and Mel were amazing with our son, so much so he didn’t want to leave the Childrens ward. The theatre/anaesthetic team were really friendly and put myself and my son at ease. The food, catering staff and cleaners were lovely. Thanks again

The nursing staff were very professional and attentive,friendly. Nothing was to much trouble. The operating staff were excellent. They put you at ease while being operated on. Happy to answer your questions and extremely nice and friendly. The catering staff were excellant. The choice of food excellent the food was beautifully prepared and nothing was to much trouble. Every person at The hospital I met made you feel at ease from start to leaving. I would like to give a big thanks to all of them.

My whole Thornbury experience has been brilliant. From seeing the consultant on the outpatient's department, to dealing with pre assessment and in particular Sister Marley who has been impeccable with her constant updates following an unfortunate operation date cancellation out of her control. And then on the ward and down in theatres and recovery I can not fault them one bit. I took a while to come round in recovery but I felt so safe and cared for. The catering staff were so kind and went out of their way to make me an iced coffee which was gratefully received following my surgery. Everyone I came into contact with made the whole experience smooth and effective. Would definitely recommend.
