Thank you so much to the man at Thomsons who helped me today when the roller on my truck failed to open, meaning I wasn't able to get my materials loaded. He showed helpfulness and general savvy in sorting it out which was much appreciated. The service at the office is smooth. The prices are competitive with their local opposition. The collection service however needs work. I went when there was only one driver and a queue of people waiting for the order they had paid for. The driver then chose the order wrong for 2 of the 5 people waiting that I saw necessitating return journeys on the truck and creating more delay. It really needs more drivers or drivers selecting and dropping off more than one order at a time when the orders are small.
