Have used them previously and been v happy. This time, sent them photos of furniture as requested (needed pick up), but received no reply, including to a chase up email (ie twice) saying I would like to know either way if they were interested/not. Am wondering if they simply ignore their emails despite advising callers to use it? Can only assume they are overwhelmed with items and not able to provide a service - only wanted a Yes or No from them after all…..
