Well firstly I have to say a massive thank you to Ian. I called him,he missed my call and called back. I explained what I needed and when for. It was an urgent request needed in the next 48 hours. I sent Ian my measurements he sent me a quote we confirmed pricing and then agreed on a collection day/time. So to cut a long story short Ian saved my bacon for my DIY computer desk which I needed in 48 hours for my son's bedroom, which was getting decorated as a surprise and needed finishing before he came home. Needless to say we did it. Thanks again Ian 😊

Terrible service, non responsive. I'm left with a wrong order and no response, it almost feels like they deliberately ignore communication. Initially I visited their workshop, the owner seemed lovely, offered samples and it went downhill from there. I placed the order, paid in full trusting that they are a genuine company. They don't pay attention to details, emails or phone call. This is no different than a scam unfortunately. Should be highly avoided.
