As a owner a shop in Kent we pride our selves in customer service, we always hate going to blue water as there is no customer service standard at all especially with the youth of today , except the lady who served us in Thomas sabo that day, she was extremely top notch with all of the requirements of customer services, one of the best parts is she took the time to explain the after service they provide, of which if my bracelet breaks they will restring it free of charge. On our next visit to blue water I will be heading straight to this store, to check out the wide range that meets every need and taste. I can't remember the staff member name, but she is early 30s English with brown hair. Hope your company recognises you and your worth to their organisation.
