I have been attending Michael's dancing classes for ballroom and latin american for a month.. I danced before and had classes just for latin American, but I am talking about 12 years ago.. and then i carried on by my own.. So I found Michael for chance and I joined the advanced level class, I have been happy since the first day I dropped in the class. I think and believe that Michael is a really great teacher, really skilled, professional; he has got sense of humour as well that is a good combination to make you feel in good hands, relaxed and as well that you can do everything and your best, you can break your limits. He is really kind as person, he teaches a lot every single minute of the lesson, he puts a lot of effort and passion to make you understand every single step. I just feel that he does not teach just how to put your feet togheter and move, but he communicates a lot with non verbal communication and makes you feel that teaches from the heart. So, he is definitevely The Best Teacher I have ever had! If you want to start or restart dancing, don't think too much, just join the classes, will be really helpful, fun, and be prepared to work hard!

I joined Michael's ballroom dancing class as a very diffident beginner a year and a half ago. His passion for his work, his patience and his dedication to his pupils are truly amazing! Always so generous with his time, he never rushes but carefully guides you through every step until you know the routine. I can't believe that I managed to progress to a more advanced class, I certainly never thought it would happen so quickly! It is all thanks to Michael's excellent teaching and his genuine commitment to his pupils. If you like ballroom dancing and would like to learn, you will find no better teacher! There's a great atmosphere, and Michael's teaching is always rigorous, taking the time to ensure his students develop the correct technique. I truly have two left feet, so if he can teach me, he can teach anybody.I would highly recommend his classes.

Wanting to learn ballroom dancing I tried Michael’s beginners dance class on Wednesday nights at Dance Attic. From the very moment, I loved it; the lessons were very enjoyable and filled with a great mix of people. 18 months on, I’m now at the Improvers/Silver level, thanks to Michael. He is a great teacher and I’ve learnt a lot from him. I think he has a real talent for teaching, and for nurturing his students’ abilities. I always look forward to Friday nights’ classes, and to learning a little more each time. So, if you’re thinking of learning ballroom dancing, for whatever reason, I’d totally recommend Michael’s classes. Be prepared to work hard, but you’ll learn a lot and have great fun in the process!

Thomas Michael is an amazing teacher. His emphasis on technique is beautifully balanced with enthusiasm and fun in class. He caters for everyone regardless of previous experience or how far you want to take it (social or competitive). His commitment to ensuring his students succeed is second to none. For some people learning to dance can be daunting but Michael makes it so enjoyable and possible, and brings people together to really benefit from the social side of dancing too. I learned so much and made great friends in the process.

He is very passionate about teaching and dancing, and this rubs off onto his students. I attend this class now for a good few months. Never danced ballroomdance before as was very scared and shy with two left feet. Now I still have two left feet but I enjoy learning, very happy when I get a few move right and started to enjoy myself and the company of others too while danceing. Micheal is a great teacher and really make I good athmosphere and vibe in his class. So if you are like me with two left feet come along, have some fun and move like Jagger ups I mean Fred Astaire. :)
