The Team at Thomas Legal; Nick Fancourt, Diana Bludzina and colleagues, recently managed the sale of my leasehold flat. The negotiations were severely complicated by a well known and very poor London Freehold Company, a Property Management Company that did not understand its responsibilities and a new Property Manager who was only just getting to know the ropes.
