Can’t express how happy I am with Thomas homes, I’ve dealt with other developers before, but Thomas homes are above and beyond. They are very easy to communicate with, are very helpful and sort out any issues very fast. Becky looked after us from the start to finish and Becky would even answer our questions late at night, she was very helpful. The guys on site are also amazing and they visit very regularly even when the site has been finished, I have to especially thank like, who has always been willing to help, he is extremely friendly and goes above and beyond to help. I will definitely be using Thomas homes again.

At our first meeting with the sales team at Thomas Homes, we were impressed with the knowledge and expertise shown. They listened carefully to our needs and were able to show us how the designs of the various properties from Thomas Homes might fit our requirements. Once we had chosen our property it was clear that the build quality was good, with the fitted kitchen and bathrooms were finished to a high standard. Plastering and paintwork were excellent. The purchasing process was straight forward, our solicitor had no problem working with Thomas Homes and the house was completed on time. Once we had moved in, the customer services team took over and dealt with minor snagging quickly and efficiently. We are loving our home and if we had to move again, would seek out Thomas Homes again if we could.
