Wonderful care and attention from David and all at Furbers. Everything was planned down to the smallest detail such as hearse routes and on the day went smoothly, allowing good time in Birmingham's rush hour traffic to get from Chapel of Rest to the church. From making the initial phone call, the response was warm and understanding. Helped us to get an early funeral date that was to our needs for the church and cemetery. A well established family firm, it was our first time using them, having experienced a not so satisfactory service with a different family firm two years prior. Didn't try to push any extra services which was appreciated. Would describe prices as mainstream and comparable to well known funeral directors - not over the top, certainly great value for the service provided, absolutely worth it all. Thank you for all you did and re-assuring to know you'll be there for us in the future. A formidable local reputation!
