Horrible phone customer service - called in to inquire about exchange rate, was repeatedly told to go to their website (I would have if I had internet access which I attempted to explain despite being constantly interrupted). After being given an unlikely good offer I asked again to make sure if I understood correctly, I was told to come to the branch or check the website and the person hung up. I have used Thomas Global many times in the past, never had any issue in person but the phone conversation was ridiculous.
