Especially thanks to Christopher Manning, he was spot on the value of the property and you can see he is passionate about his work. Strongly recommend! Sorry to read about those negative comment from the buyers. Unfortunately as a current property buyer myself. It’s not unusual how estate agents are acting in favour of. the sellers side, that’s where they get the commissions.
