The staff were quite nice and helpful, but the room was not to our liking. We ordered a king bedroom, but it was two double beds pushed together which was not nearly as comfortable for honeymooners. Rooms: Tight, not a lot of storage for unpacking. Bathroom was small and the shower had no curtain or door so everything got wet.

If you plan to use this hotel for work and internet use, I recommend using the lower floors. I did not enjoy my experience explaining how the wifi does not work on the upper floors, I was brushed off with no assistance or options to fix the matter. I do like this place, the location, room cleanliness and the breakfasts are great. Its just a shame the customer service is not up to scratch.

The stay was awful. We were here for 3 days, first of all, the rooms are very small, but also very cold. We were in the accessible room, and the showerhead was way too high, we were also unable to adjust the seat because there was limescale, there is no body wash, we had to use the hand soap, with no place to put it in the shower. It was also very dirty, the bathroom door, the carpet and the curtains were stained. The elevator was too cramped for a wheelchair to fit properly without having the person moving a bit around. Second of all, the time we tried to order room service half of the menu was unavailable. They also called 30 minutes after we put in our order to say the vegetarian meal couldn’t be brought up as they put meat in it instead of falafels (the option for vegetarian people available on the menu). They ended up delivering the other meal an hour after the order was placed. After cleaning one of our access cards was taken with absolutely no reason. The quality of the wifi was poor. This is definitely not a 4-star hotel.
