What a wonderful place this is!!!!!Staff so knowledgeable about products but keep it real, took my mum today for a new chair, they helped me with my mum as her mobility is quite poor, nothing was too much. Would highly recommend Thistle help.

I can't recommend Thistle help enough. I was apprehensive about a scooter, so I thought it best to hire 1 for a couple of days to see how I would cope. The staff were so friendly and helpful. It was inexpensive to have the scooter for 2 days and allowed me to test out what both I and the scooter were capable of. Rocky loved it as well.

Had no idea Thistle Help hired out equipment until Claire informed me. Due to deteriorating health conditions I'm unable to walk any distance. Hired a mobility scooter so I could enjoy a day out with the grandsons and it really made a difference to the family day out. 100% be using their services again. Great friendly welcome and extremely patient staff.

We took my mum to purchase a new mobility scooter on 28th April.The sales girl was Siobhan McKinnon and she has excellent customer service. Siobhan was very helpful,answered every question and made us feel at ease. No pressure and she let my mum try out the scooter which was of excellent quality and a great price . Purchase was made with no hesitation. Will definitely visit this store again.
