I loved my personal training sessions with Elizabeth and I miss them SO much now she has moved out of London. We trained once a week and I felt so strong and really enjoyed her progressive teaching. I have not yet managed to find a personal trainer like her and not sure I ever will!

My once off session with the Mummycoach was incredibly helpful and enabled me to start back at F45 with confidence and understanding of my body and it’s recovery. I had been a regularly attending F45 prior to pregnancy and was very much looking forward to getting back to it. Booked a session with Elizabeth in order to get some support and exercise guidance on a abdominal hernia that I had developed postnatally. Elizabeth was careful to observe me move and listen to my history. We worked through multiple exercises that effect the area with lots of helpful hints and tips to do these best for my body. This one off session enabled me to focus specifically on my area of concern with an expert. Elizabeth also gave me the confidence to understand what my body can do, allowing me to start enjoying exercise again without worrying that I would damage/injure it. Would highly recommend Elizabeth for post natal troubleshooting sessions.

I can't recommend Elizabeth enough - not only is she really knowledgeable, but she showed me huge amounts of compassion and understanding around having a 5 month old when I started...whether it was poorly baby or sleepless nights (or both!) there was no pressure but lots of understanding. She also gave me the confidence to exercise again after feeling really weak and not being sure how to get started again. thank you Elizabeth!!

Elizabeth is the most amazing personal trainer I’ve ever worked with. After having my two children my self-esteem really dipped. I felt down about how my body had changed and I also suffered incontinent issues when doing things like running. My confidence was at an all time low. I didn’t know where to start or what exercises I could do that wouldn’t make things worse. I think the first time I saw Elizabeth I cried and she hugged me & told me I wasn’t broken! Over the past three months I’ve been amazed at how much exercise has helped me, not only am I physically fitter (now able to run without doing a wee!) my mind is happier too! It’s even more fantastic now Elizabeth has added in the remote training so I can fit it around my boys.

I can highly recommend Elizabeth for anyone who is looking for pre or post natal personal training or post natal planning and support. Elizabeth is extremely well educated in this space and continually invests in her professional development; she is also a mum herself so she "gets it". I trained with Elizabeth during my pregnancy and found her workouts fantastic for a bit of me-time but also to keep me pain free and strong and fit for me labour and recovery. Post natally, I re-started my training with Elizabeth at six weeks, she used the feedback from my women's health physio to build a program to rebuild my core and get me back to full fitness. I am now seven months post partum and stronger than I have ever been. Throughout the time I have worked with Elizabeth, she has tailored every workout just right; she has been able to nurture and support me when I needed it and she has been able to step things up a level and push me when I felt ready to.

This review has been a long time coming, but I wanted to take time to write it because Elizabeth truly deserves it. We’re based too far from one another for me to be able to attend regular training classes with her, so at the start of the 3rd trimester of my pregnancy I chose to do a masterclass with her. I had had a really healthy pregnancy up to that point - I never was the super sporty type, but I liked to stay active nonetheless, loved to walk and was continuing doing so and since I always liked yoga I was already doing pregnancy yoga once a week. From the class I wanted guidance on how to face the 3rd trimester and keep this level of good health and improve it while at my heaviest. I also wanted tips to correct wrong postures and help with post partum recovery so that I would know what problems I might be facing and how to solve them. Elizabeth delivered much more that this. The masterclass is supposed to last a couple of hours and I think we spend the whole afternoon together, exercises were done (and filmed and explained so that I could remember while on my own), I was left with loads of gear to help with my exercise and the feeling of understanding much more about my own body - pelvic floor health and beyond. There was also great attention on the psychological aspect of pregnancy, birth and post partum as Elizabeth invited me to think about the “4th trimester” and try to plan for it aside prom the physical recovery. Last but not least Elizabeth is someone that I KNOW I can contact with any concern and that will keep on caring, helping, advising me. My baby boy is 5months old (already) and we’ve had the most amazing pregnancy and birth together (short labour water birth drug free), and I’ve had a great recovery after.. It might not have been because of the yoga or the exercises but I think preparing, feeling whole, and trying to destress through self care all played a big part on how positive my experience was! Thanks “The Mummy Coach”!xx

Elizabeth is fantastic. Our sessions are always fun and tailored to my needs and goals. As a mum herself she is empathetic to the difficulties of exercising when you have young children. She is very knowledgeable when it comes to postnatal recovery and I always trust that she knows which exercises are appropriate for my stage of recovery and how far to push me or when to adapt an exercise to suit my needs. I really look forward to our sessions and I can feel myself getting stronger each week.

Professional, conscientious and empathetic - Elizabeth is everything I needed for rebuilding physical and mental strength post-natally. She is extremely knowledgeable which gave me confidence to exercise safely after my c-section and her training sessions are varied, interesting and fun. I really like how she tailors our classes specific to my individual goals and recovery, even adapting lesson plans on the spot if it’s been a particularly long night with the baby! I am seeing genuine progress after just a couple of months working together and, whilst Elizabeth does not believe in fast fixes (or focusing too much on aesthetics), her approach of rebuilding core strength from within has improved my body and I’m starting to feel like the old me again. She is much more than a personal trainer, having made me more mindful in my daily life about posture when lifting my son - this has had a material impact upon my various aches and pains! She is easy company, with a good sense of humour and I really look forward to our sessions. Last, but not least, Elizabeth remembers what it’s like to have a newborn - she is respectful of the baby when he is asleep and has given me some useful tips to help him sleep better! I cannot recommend Elizabeth highly enough.

The Mummy coach has been fantastic after my third pregnancy in helping me to work on my core strength for general functioning and, in the longer term, returning to running which is very important to me. Elizabeth is really knowledgeable about how to strengthen your core with a big diastasis: she has given me focused exercises and practical tips for everyday living as an active mum while explaining the anatomy behind it. She has also been helping me to correct the fundamentals of good posture and breathing post pregnancy. She takes a rounded approach with practical advice on nutrition for postnatal healing too. Elizabeth is fantastic to work with. As a mum herself, she has realistic expectations of what I can manage between sessions and has been flexible in visiting me at home. More generally I have found her a great listener and her sessions have given me precious space to care for myself outside the rush of the daily routine as a mum of three. I couldn't find anyone with the necessary expertise to help me with diastasis after my previous pregnancies, it has made such a difference to be coached by Elizabeth this time around.
