A great experience but unfortunately just feel both times I’ve come down I’ve had a cold welcome from the staff and today we didn’t really have much of an introduction to the painting, I’d only come once before and we didn’t realise there was so much we could have used to make our pieces neater and better (like stencils) otherwise we would’ve used those. Also just in general felt like the staff was being abrupt and passive aggressive while not explaining things clearly. Didn’t feel comfortable asking questions at all. The place is also in the middle of nowhere which is a pain to get to and collect your items from. But Gemma is really lovely and kindly kept onto my pieces for longer than they do. They have a good variety of things to chose from, personally wouldn’t come back only due to the coldness from staff and location but will definitely find another pottery painting shop closer to home :).

Large selection of pottery to paint with all the materials one needs. Staff on hand to help and offer abvice and its in a superb setting. Im not arty but i thoroughly enjoyed this & want to go again. Narrow rural lanes to get to it though, so drive carefully.

Not a good experience. I had both children’s imprints done. The first time I went to collect I was kept waiting for ages with the children. Then the second time I went to collect (after they called me to collect) with the baby they had ‘misplaced’ the imprint so I had a wasted one hour round trip. I then had to chase it up and it did get posted but the poor customer service has disappointed and I won’t return. It’s a shame as I would’ve booked pottery party for my daughter but I just had two bad experiences.

Such a lovely experience! I took one of the pottery painting classes and absolutely loved it. Was a little nervous going by myself as a complete beginner, but it was a friendly atmosphere and great teacher. So pleased with my work, I've already booked to go to another class!
