A family member had a tattoo booked here, the greeting wasn’t welcoming. Family member was told to go and wait over at the local cafe and come back, for her to go back and again be asked the same questions to find out the tattoo artist wasn’t in work… this appointment was booked well before Christmas and no reason for it to be a no show by the artist. Very disappointing.
